The Southeastern Quilt and Textile Museum in Carrollton, Ga is housed in a former cotton warehouse between the town’s Square and the renovated train depot. Featuring quarterly exhibits keeps the offerings fresh, dynamic, and appealing.
Modern quilts, Sacred Threads, wool rag rugs, Chenille, Susan Lenz, Mary Kerr, JoAnn Camp, Flavin Glover, Marti Michele— just to name a few of the exhibitors in our 6th year of opening. The Museum features all styles and ages of quilts and textiles.
Their mission is to preserve the past, celebrate the current trends, and prepare for the future. Their summer Kids Camps are teaching quilting, dying fabrics, free motion quilting. Adult classes run throughout the year.
